Watch this short video on how to create a patient file. ** The only required fields are patient email address and patient number. Patients can add other details whe the sign-up for the patient app.
Open the patient file and click the ‘+’ button. Then gain the patient’s consent and begin selecting the topics discussed during the appointment. Once created, the plan can be sent to the app, printed or emailed to the patient.
Either click the ‘update’ button on the patient dashboard or click the ‘+’ button on the journal page. Then simply remove or add new topics to the patients treatment plan in the same way as creating the first plan. Saving the plan automatically updates the patient app.
When creating a new patient, turn off ‘use email’ button (see image). Then add patient details and click save. Patients who do not have an email address can be provided their plan in a printed format.
